Goal
of Semester One. To provide an orientation to the professional program and
pharmaceutical care plans and to lay the basic science foundation for
contemporary pharmacy practice. To begin to develop the professional
communication skills of the students and to develop their initial practice
skills in a community practice environment.

Introduction to Pharmacy Practice.
Description: The essentials
necessary for the effective use of the laptop computer and the web-based class
note system both in and out of the classroom. Additionally, a primer on the
practice of pharmacy and professional issues.
